Tasks
In the Talent Management area, you are mainly responsible for recruiting in the "Ground" (Backoffice) area. You also support your colleague in the "Cabin" area and take on deputy tasks.
You manage the positions from approval to the onboarding process and support the implementation of marketing measures according to the employer branding strategy, such as info events, fairs, etc.
- In close cooperation with our specialist departments, you define the needs and initiate the next steps for filling the positions
- Regularly conduct assessment days for cabin crew members, including participation in the further development of the assessment
- You regularly review our recruiting processes and further develop them for a high candidate experience
- Further development of our recruiting tools through continuous automation and digitization
- You create content for the defined channels (career page, internal channels, social media) and use AI trends purposefully

Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed personality with professional experience in recruiting, including appropriate training/continuing education (e.g., HR specialist / recruiting specialist). Experience in the aviation industry is also a great plus.
What else is needed:
- Good understanding of modern recruiting processes (candidate journey, KPIs) with a proactive working style – you think along, suggest, and implement
- Independent and precise working style with a high service orientation
- Strong communication skills and team spirit as well as enjoyment of collaboration on-site in the office with high flexibility and commitment
- Fluent German and English skills and confident handling of Microsoft 365 applications
