About the job
What you can accomplish
- Reception and admission of patients
- Appointment scheduling, creation of prescriptions/orders according to medical instructions, service recording and administrative tasks during consultation hours
- Performing blood draws, removal of stitches and staples, wound control according to doctors' instructions
- Preparation and assistance with infiltrations, PRP treatments, punctures
- Close exchange and collaboration with various interfaces and interdisciplinary teams
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as MPA or FaGe
- Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or larger medical practice, as well as knowledge of medical terminology, focus on orthopedics is an advantage
- Confident German, foreign languages are an advantage (French, English)
- Solid user knowledge in MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable applications
- Strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
