Night watch │ Living │ Residential groups at the headquarters in Langnau│approx. 4 nights / month │ from 01.05.2026 or by arrangement
With us, you will find space and time to support people with support needs
Your tasks
You are solely responsible as a night watch for our 20 residents and accompany them safely through the night. If necessary, you provide support in carrying out nursing measures and keeping the journal for a smooth handover to the day team.
What you bring
- Professional experience in working with people with support needs and/or successfully completed basic training in nursing
- You work independently, are reliable, and like to take responsibility
- You keep a cool head even in hectic moments, bring patience and empathy for the concerns of your fellow human beings, and act with a lot of heart
- Working at night fits your rhythm or your daily routine!
