HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Handling the entire payroll administration including year-end closing tasks

Social insurance matters

Preparation of interim earnings and employer certificates

Management of the payroll (Abacus) and time recording system (Mobatime)

Processing of sick and accident absences

Support of occupational health management (BGM)

Creation of statistics and reports / KPIs

Budgeting

Advising employees and managers on questions regarding salary, labor law & social insurance

Further development and expansion of processes in payroll accounting

Participation in HR projects

THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART

Completed training or corresponding professional experience in the commercial and HR field

Further education in payroll desirable

Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage

Confident German in spoken and written form, oral French and

English skills would be a plus

High independence and structured working style with initiative and hands-on mentality

Strong conceptual and analytical skills, networked, entrepreneurial thinking as well as proactive solution orientation
