How you inspire
- As part of succession planning, you are responsible for managing and developing an existing customer portfolio with medium and large SMEs and foundations from various industries (focus on healthcare and public-law entities)
- You maintain and build long-term oriented, trusting customer relationships with companies, key figures, and their networks
- You take on active market cultivation and drive new customer acquisition forward
- You advise and support your customers in a committed and responsible manner throughout their lifecycle and key events in close cooperation with the regional Key Client Teams and internal bank specialists
- You actively represent and advocate for BEKB's interests at events
What you bring
- You have several years of experience in comprehensive corporate consulting as well as solid knowledge in lending business (operating and investment financing, structured financing, special financing such as succession or M&A transactions, complex real estate financing)
- You have a solid business and/or economics education as well as ideally further training with a focus on Banking & Finance
- You have an interest and increased understanding of the functioning and development of financial markets and recognize the investment needs of companies, other institutional investors, and their key figures
- Through your high initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, you actively shape success
- You convince with high service orientation, a courteous and winning manner, strong teamwork skills, and very good communication and negotiation skills in German (additionally French and English are an advantage)
