The Socioculture department is part of the Society division of the city of Wädenswil. Its goal is to ensure that residents participate in social processes and can lead an independent and responsible life.

Your areas of responsibility include
- Co-responsibility for the operation of the youth culture house SUST
- Outreach social work in public spaces
- Coaching and support of youth groups
- Professional relationship work with adolescents and young adults between 12 and 25 years old
- Development and participation in offers and projects of youth work as well as within the Socioculture department
- Initiation and support of young people and volunteers in planning and implementing low-threshold, participatory projects and offers
- Advice on career choice and apprenticeship search
- Public relations and networking with relevant actors
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with the Socioculture department team
