The Emma Couvreu Children's Foundation has been actively engaged since 1829 in welcoming, protecting, and supporting minors in danger in their development. Our services are aimed at children and also at their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody every day. Our activities are fully aligned with the child protection policy established by the State of Vaud. With its commitment, the Foundation manages 5 boarding schools and 6 outpatient units, mobilizing more than 250 staff members for this purpose. The Les Clarines children's home welcomes children from 1 day to 6 years old benefiting from child protection measures. They are placed there due to the relational and functional difficulties faced by their families. As part of a position renewal, we are pleased to recruit, for our Les Clarines children's home, a:
social educator at 70-80% Job description
- Ensure, in collaboration with colleagues, the daily support of the group of children aged 1 day to 6 years, benefiting from child protection measures, in accordance with the defined educational project

Collaborate with the parents and families of the children welcomed
Propose and organize activities conducive to the proper development of children
Provide nursing and educational care
Manage daily and administrative tasks

Your profile
- Hold one of the following diplomas, or a title deemed equivalent:
Social educator HES or ES Early childhood educator

Ideally, have experience and continuing education in the field of early childhood
Sense of organization, autonomy, and versatility
Ease of communication, listening skills, empathy, and teamwork
Driving license essential
