Project Manager / Client Representation

Do you have experience in managing demanding construction projects? We offer an exciting and responsible position in the client representation of the Canton of Zurich. With us, you build the future – together with 160 committed colleagues. As a project manager in the construction area B of the Building Office, you are responsible for challenging, larger projects of the canton from planning to completed construction, such as the complete renovation of the Stadelhofen Cantonal School, as well as the construction of sports halls for the Rämibühl Cantonal School.

With us, you are responsible for

leading several project teams with client representatives and external contractors. You control the planning and construction processes, conduct tenders, are responsible for contract management, and keep costs, deadlines, and quality under control. You regularly report to the project committee, prepare phase documents for political bodies, are responsible for quality assurance, and write controlling reports to higher authorities.

that you communicate skillfully and on equal footing with different stakeholders. You are enthusiastic about realizing meaningful projects for the people in the Canton of Zurich. You have a degree as an architect or engineer (ETH or FH), are innovative, and always looking for the best solution.
