Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way into the working world. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.
Your role: Administrative Assistant 40 %
Start immediately or by arrangement
In your role as Administrative Assistant, you support the team in recurring, standardized administrative processes. You ensure order, deadline control, data maintenance, and organizational stability in daily business.
Your tasks
- Preparation and processing of participant entries
- Organization and planning of probation period and location meetings
- Conducting the Basic Check (job-neutral aptitude test during trial apprenticeship)
- Data management in the internal client system, document filing, dossier maintenance, and archiving
- Telephone service and forwarding of inquiries (triage)
- Organization of internal events for participants (e.g., parents' evening, welcome day, graduation ceremony)
- Planning and preparation of internal specialist and further training courses for participants and employees
- Deputizing for the specialist assistant and INTAKE in defined standard tasks
You bring with you
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or service-related field or comparable education
- Experience in administrative processes, preferably in the social or educational sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as confident handling of digital case management systems and data documentation
- High flexibility, team orientation, and good communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
