Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Reception and care of patients on site as well as by telephone
• Organisation of preliminary examinations and consultations
• Scheduling of outpatient and inpatient operations
• Management and maintenance of patient documentation
• Contact point for referring doctors and health insurers

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Medical Secretary, or commercial training with experience in hospital or practice operations
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Team-oriented, motivated and patient-friendly personality
• Organised, precise and responsible working style
• Resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of a lively environment
