We are looking for a
Head Chef 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the leadership and responsibility for all areas and processes in the kitchen according to the operating concept and actively participate in the daily business
- In the kitchen and office area, you lead and develop the team to promote work processes, quality, and a positive working atmosphere
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
- You are responsible for product presentation and offer planning including calculation, ordering, and budget compliance
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, weekend shifts every 2 months
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a cook EFZ and ideally have further training as a head chef FA with professional experience in a comparable position or as a sous-chef
- You have already worked in upscale gastronomy and understand how to successfully balance between canteen operations, standing lunches, and exclusive VIP banquets
- You are IT-savvy and confident in handling inventory management and calculation systems as well as MS Office
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French skills
- You hold a category B driving license
- A spotless reputation is required
