Junior Property Manager

• Independent commercial property management at the owned locations in Aigle and Zweisimmen, as well as the leased locations in Nyon, Lausanne, and Payerne
• Handling real estate management for third-party tenants and group tenants as well as tenant interests at leased locations
• Commercial management of the commercial real estate portfolio
• Revenue responsibility as well as control and responsibility for expenses on the assigned sites
• Annual budgeting of rents and ancillary costs for the following year as well as recording in the Immopac software
• Responsibility for leasing and contract negotiations on the assigned sites (rental, lease, and usage contracts)
• Leading regular coordination meetings
• Preparation and execution of ancillary cost statements using SAP RE/FX
• Contact person for tenants on the sites

• Completed commercial basic training (KV) or equivalent education
• Preferably first experience in property management or in an administrative role in the real estate environment
• Interest in advising and supporting the tenants of the properties
• Interest and enthusiasm for commercial real estate and professional development
• Fluent German, as well as good oral and written French skills for communication with contacts in the Romandie
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
