What you can look forward to:

• Independent coordination and organisation of operations in the outpatient therapy centre of Rehabilitation Clinic Zihlschlacht
• Active participation in the interprofessional team through independent delivery of therapy sessions
• Responsibility for leading, promoting and developing an interprofessional therapy team
• Continuous assurance of high treatment quality, excellent patient satisfaction and a smooth, efficient, and patient-oriented operational process
• Development, optimisation and implementation of work processes to achieve the qualitative, economic and strategic goals of the outpatient therapy centre
• Benefit from high professional competence through close collaboration in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as cross-site cooperation within the VITREA clinics

We would be pleased if you have:

• Completed therapeutic training (foreign qualifications with corresponding recognition in Switzerland)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in neurological rehabilitation
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and to develop employees appreciatively
• Quality awareness as well as interest in continuous improvement and innovation
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level C1)
