- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen

The SV Group is a leading gastronomy and hotel management group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. The group operates in several business areas: restaurants for companies and schools, hotels with own brands as well as with other renowned brands as franchisee, public restaurants with innovative concepts as well as gastronomic delivery service and catering. In the Loewenberg restaurant in Murten, our team of 20 employees spoils about 300 restaurant guests and 120 hotel guests daily. From coffee to nightcap, from breakfast to banquet: At seminars and events, we rely on enjoyment in the glass and on the plate. Our catering offer gives meetings, breaks, aperitifs and dinners the appropriate setting.
