Technical Concierge (m/f/d)Work location: Geneva

Your tasks
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of technical installations (heating, ventilation, plumbing) and site equipment.
- Perform routine repairs, maintenance work, and concierge tasks.
- Monitor maintenance contracts, manage breakdowns, update technical documentation, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage site access and participate in on-call service and availability on Saturdays.
Your profile
- Proven experience and technical training in the building sector (sanitary, heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.), with a strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and ability to handle administrative tasks.
- Versatile, autonomous, and flexible, ready to provide on-call service.
- Rigorous, pragmatic, curious, and exemplary discretion, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibilities.
- Essential reliability (criminal record extract and debt enforcement office certificate required), perfect command of French, and valid driving license.
