The adult women and men aged 18 and over live in residential groups of six to seven people each. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a diverse range of activities, work in the studio, and various therapy offerings.

Tasks

• Resource-oriented promotion, support, and care of the residents
  
• Maintaining electronic documentation Redline
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and other professionals
  
• Co-designing daily living and leisure activities
  
• Participation in activities and celebrations throughout the year
  
• Tasks in administration and group household
  

Profile

• Training as a care specialist FABE or health specialist FAGE
