About the Position
Are you ready for a new challenge in a technically demanding environment? In this role, you will strengthen our assembly team and make a direct contribution to the quality, reliability, and timely production of our gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear. With your craftsmanship and precise working method, you ensure that our products meet the highest standards and are continuously improved.
What you can achieve
• Assembly of components and assemblies of gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear according to technical documents
• Execution of work according to checklists, specifications, and instructions (written & oral)
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and correct execution in your own work area
• Troubleshooting and active support in resolving deviations
• Participation in the continuous improvement process through ideas and feedback
What you bring
• Completed training as a polymechanic/polytechnician EFZ or equivalent
• Precise, independent, and reliable working style
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed
• Fluent in German; English skills are an advantage
