You take care of the development and organization of station and/or process-related topics such as Lean Management, nursing development, etc.
You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and programs to ensure quality and continuously improve processes

You have several years of professional experience
You have already developed leadership skills to motivate, lead, and further develop your team, or you are willing to complete a degree in Leadership
You possess very good communication and organizational skills
You have a positive mindset and are a balanced, motivating personality
