We are looking for a
Dispatcher Material, Vehicles and Warehouse (100%)
immediately or by arrangement.
Your mission: You keep the material, vehicles, and warehouse together - so that every project is ready to start at the right time.
Your tasks
Material dispatch: You plan, coordinate, and ensure that the right material is available for each
project, correctly loaded, and stored again after the event. You check whether everything has returned, organize cleaning, and send defective
material for repair in time. You also monitor material bookings, prevent overbookings, and organize rental material in case of shortages.
Warehouse organization: Ensure order and cleanliness in the warehouse, carry out material checks, and keep an eye on maintenance cycles.
Vehicle dispatch: Distribute vehicles optimally to projects and coordinate transports.
Coordination with project managers: Work closely with project managers and sales,
suggest material alternatives, and find solutions.
Team leadership: You are responsible for the work allocation of your team and support when many projects run in parallel.
Your profile
Completed training as an event specialist EFZ or logistician EFZ
Experience in material dispatch, preferably in the event industry.
You work in a structured way, think solution-oriented, and keep an overview even under pressure.
Irregular working hours are not unfamiliar to you.
Responsibility and organizational talent characterize you.
Leadership experience is an advantage - you can motivate and efficiently allocate a team.
Driver's license B and BE (C is a plus)
