In the heart of Crissier, the Résidence Pont Bleu offers a unique living space where gastronomy and conviviality meet. In a bright and serene setting, our restaurant welcomes residents and visitors to share gourmet and warm moments, supported by a caring team.
To support the upcoming opening of the restaurant Le Pont Bleu, we are looking for a:
Head Waiter/Waitress (M/F) at 80%
WE OFFER YOU
- 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. Possibility to buy back an additional week of vacation, as well as 10 public holidays offered.

YOU HAVE
- A CFC diploma as a restaurant specialist or equivalent title.
- Confirmed experience in service in a hotel or gastronomic establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a real passion for human contact.
- A neat appearance, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Perfect mastery of French (spoken and written).
- Availability for weekends and public holidays, according to scheduling.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Welcome our clients – residents and external visitors – with professionalism and kindness, embodying the hospitality spirit of Pont Bleu.
- Ensure refined, smooth, and attentive table service, respecting the quality standards of high-end catering.
- Advise clients on dishes and wines, while promoting seasonal products and the chef’s creations.
- Prepare setups and ensure the perfect condition of your section before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate exchanges between the dining room and the kitchen, guaranteeing a harmonious and well-managed experience.
- Apply hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
