What you can achieve
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership of 6 employees as well as 3 apprentices.
- You ensure that the employees in your department can continuously develop by conducting goal- and competence-oriented development discussions and initiating the necessary preventive measures for health management.
- You take on a varied role – you have the administrative processes under control, but you are also actively on site and in direct contact with the employees so that you can always lend a hand.
- You act as a link for the Langnau site to the logistics of Emmi Schweiz AG.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ and have extensive professional experience in the logistics environment.
- You already have experience in a leadership role.
- You can present a qualification as a vocational trainer to train our apprentices. If you do not yet have this qualification, you are willing to obtain it.
- You have extensive knowledge of SAP and Inconso and are generally digitally proficient.
- You speak fluent German.
