Your tasks
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Performing maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (e.g. gardening and cleaning work)
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities as well as documenting them
- Issuing and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Performing maintenance work and minor repairs, if technically possible
- Willingness for on-call duty (first intervention) and winter service work
- Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines, and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in janitorial work or qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence
- Assertiveness as well as good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good knowledge of German and good user skills in MS Office
- Driving license category B
