• Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of the property
• Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
• Organization and assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
• Supervision and maintenance of the technical system
• Execution of minor repairs

• Very good German skills
• Reliable and careful working style, computer user skills
• Resilient, good health, positive social interaction with various contact groups
• Willingness for flexible work assignments (weekends, winter service)
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
