About the job
Your Tasks
You value individual, holistic, and high-quality care and nursing for our residents. For the relatives, you are a professional contact person who responsibly takes care of concerns and questions. You appreciate teamwork and are curious about innovative working methods such as Grade-Skill-Mix.
You take on the daily responsibility for 20 or 30 residents as well as co-responsibility for the design and implementation of the care process as a nursing reference person.
Your Profile
- Training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home nurse, etc.)
- At least three years of experience in long-term care
- Very good knowledge of German
- Flexibility and resilience
- Organizational skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Open and constructive personality
