As a specialist in building maintenance with a federal certificate (EFZ), you are a professional at inspecting and maintaining facilities in and around buildings. Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2026

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Planning workflows and discussing and executing them as a team
• Solving problems and fixing malfunctions
  
• Environmentally friendly disposal or recycling of waste
  
• Cleaning and repairing small vehicles, tools, and equipment
  
• Checking inventory in the warehouse and reordering if necessary

• Completed compulsory schooling

As an apprentice specialist in building maintenance EFZ, you will work with us in a well-coordinated and future-oriented team.
