Job Description

Implementation of our massage and spa offerings with high-quality Pharmos Natur products

• Classic massages (sports, relaxation, foot reflexology, hot stone)

• Additionally, we offer signature massages such as Lomi Lomi or Thai at Schönegg

• Responsibility for opening and closing the spa area as well as checking cleanliness and order

• Acceptance and management of spa reservations – including active consultation and sales of treatments (in cooperation with reception)

• Control of the daily routine in the spa and ensuring a flawless guest experience

• Care of treatment rooms including laundry organization

• Ordering and management of products as well as small administrative tasks

Qualifications

A completed training as a masseur or an equivalent qualification

• Experience in upscale spa or wellness areas – additional knowledge in wellness or sports medicine is an advantage

• Enjoyment of a combined role: treating yourself and at the same time taking responsibility for organization and quality

• Customer- and sales-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of personal guest contact

• English skills, German & French are a plus

• Well-groomed appearance, flexibility, and willingness to work on weekends and holidays

• A personality who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and appreciates a modern, family-run environment
