• Discussing the scope of repairs with the customer
• Recording customer appointments in the workshop planner and creating workshop orders
• Handing over and returning replacement vehicles
• Handover of vehicles to customers after workshop work including checking the performed work on the vehicle and cleanliness of the vehicle as well as explaining the work carried out
• Deputizing for the warranty clerk

You bring with you

• Basic automotive technical education
• Commercial training
• Reliable, committed, solution- and customer-oriented order fulfillment
• Resilient, team-capable, motivated, and trustworthy personality
• Good communication skills
• Proficient use of MS Office programs and host systems
• Driver's license category B
• Basic knowledge of the Volkswagen brand
