Your Tasks
You coordinate the daily program for outpatient patients and carry out the corresponding administrative tasks. You execute the medical prescriptions in the various consultation hours (blood draws, preparations, and assistance with punctures, infusion therapies, simple wound treatments, EKG, vaccinations).
You carry out the digital documentation of the medical history and the digital billing.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant and preferably have work experience in an acute hospital. You are a motivated personality and are used to working independently. Furthermore, you appreciate close interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, are a team player, resilient, and accustomed to dealing with complex, rapidly changing situations. You have sufficient PC skills (Word, Excel, KISIM) to carry out the administrative tasks.
