About the job
In this central role, you are responsible for creating and coordinating the monthly and deployment planning for several nursing teams at different locations. You ensure a needs-based, economical, and legally compliant personnel deployment plan, taking into account both operational requirements and the qualifications, competencies, and individual needs of the employees. You work closely with team leaders and nursing management to ensure a smooth planning process. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further development of planning processes and support the analysis of relevant key figures in personnel deployment, utilization, and overtime, as well as problem-solving for acute absences.
- Completed training in healthcare (e.g., nursing professional) or administration with experience in healthcare
- You bring both organizational skills and a good understanding of the requirements in everyday nursing
- Experience in personnel deployment planning, ideally in the healthcare or nursing sector
- Very good organizational skills and interconnected thinking
- High social competence and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- Good IT user skills (ideally experience with planning tools)
