Your Tasks
- Management of the unit within the framework of qualitative and economic goals in a tandem model with the senior medical management
- Ensuring appropriate work organization considering personnel resources
- Implementation and further development of the unit concept
- Control of nursing processes considering professional, legal, and quality-relevant aspects
- Support in personnel development through advice, promotion, and motivation of nursing staff
Your Profile
- A completed training in geriatric nursing or health and nursing with several years of professional experience in clinical general psychiatry/-psychotherapy would be desirable
- Flexibility, commitment, and a high level of social competence
- A respectful approach to employees
- Good communication skills
