Logistics Specialist

Your mission:

• Preparation and monitoring of orders according to established procedures
• Reception and control of material arrivals
• Delivery of material to HFR sites
• Daily supply of stocks for the various departments
• Supervision of apprentices and participation in inventories
• Implementation and monitoring of performance indicators, proposal of corrective measures in case of deviation
• Technological watch and monitoring of international and national standards and norms
• Creation and updating of procedures and operating methods independently, with final validation by internal partners and the hierarchical manager
• Active participation in sizing storage services within the framework of restructuring or construction projects
• Planning and execution of storage premises relocation projects
• Representation of the central warehouse in digitization, automation, and new tool introduction projects

Your profile:

• Holder of a federal logistics certificate or equivalent training with several years of experience in logistics
• Category B driving license mandatory
• Fluency in French with knowledge of German
• Strong skills in stock management and logistics coordination
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, able to proactively solve complex problems
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team, rigor and punctuality
• Proficiency in IT tools; knowledge of the Opale ERP would be an asset
• Curious, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills
