For the further development of our specialist group Geriatrics and Dementia and to strengthen our HF team, we are looking for a committed person who wants to take the lead, responsibility, and design opportunities in the specialist group.

What is needed?
- Passion and commitment for the field of Geriatrics and Dementia
- CAS Geriatrics and Dementia or willingness to acquire it
- Enjoyment in dealing with and working with people of all ages
- Responsibility for the nursing process, case responsibility, and working in an interdisciplinary team
- Close cooperation with relatives and coordination of internal and external contacts
- Bring new ideas and suggestions - we want to develop further with you
- Desire for independent and responsible work
- Own car available
