Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Conceptualization, structuring, and implementation of new investment vehicles according to strategic guidelines
- Analysis of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and technology trends to derive strategic recommendations
- Development of optimal financing structures including implementation
- Development and maintenance of complex cash flow and valuation models for project portfolios in the renewable energy sector
- Establishment and standardization of investor reporting
- Execution of risk and return management for individual products and the entire fund portfolio
- Support in managing investments in project companies and joint ventures
Your Qualities
- A completed business administration degree at the master’s level as well as a technical education or equivalent
- Profound experience in corporate and product development as well as financial modeling (due diligence processes, investment calculations, etc.)
- Competence in developing and implementing project strategies at the corporate level including their financing
- Knowledge of financial market regulation, preferably in fund management and structuring
- Ability to quickly anticipate and assess complex issues
- Excellent negotiation skills in German and English
