- Independent and professional care and support of residents
- Implementation of medical and nursing measures
- Documentation of care
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Shaping the night operation
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Support of residents in everyday life management
- Accompanying relatives
- Participation in team meetings
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe, DN1, DN2, HF or equivalent, recognized training)
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- High social competence and empathy
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent and responsible working style
- Identification with the values of Humanitas
- Joy in working with elderly people
