Entremetier (m/f/d)

• Completed vocational training in the field of cook / chef is an advantage
• Expertise in various types of vegetables, garnishing methods and side dishes

• Optimal cooperation with the other departments of the house
• Good language skills in German, English, other languages are an advantage
• Independent and responsible work

Your area of responsibility:

• Preparation of vegetables, side dishes, soups and egg dishes
• Control and assurance of the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Creative design and presentation of side dishes
• Support in menu planning and recipe development
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and operational quality standards
• Organization and cleanliness of your own station
• Coordination with other kitchen stations for a smooth process
