• Carrying out professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing
• Supporting the chef de rang or demi-chef de rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry or comparable qualification
• Additional qualification as Commis de Bar desirable
• Ideally, first experience at the bar during training
• Friendly, open, and professional appearance
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language advantageous
