Your tasks
Accounts payable: managing and booking standing orders,
invoices, cash and credit card statements
Financial accounting
Payroll accounting
Payment transactions & dunning
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Support/representation of sales in administrative tasks:
Registration, construction and funding applications, telephone service
Your profile
Completed commercial training with further education
in accounting or comparable qualification
Professional experience in a comparable position
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Confident handling of ERP systems (AbaNinja) and Microsoft Office
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Friendly, professional and communicative appearance
