As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support companies on occupational benefits topics (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ). Together, we want to responsibly and independently accompany and provide long-term support to our customers.

For our motivated and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a new employee in the support area. You can expect a great corporate culture and very good development opportunities. In the Occupational Benefits Broker Support team, you support your colleagues in sales with sales activities and the processing of insurance contracts. In addition, you advise companies in their start-up phase – the perfect entry into the consulting world.

Your tasks

Support of occupational benefits customer advisors in all business cases
Consulting customers in the start-up phase
Responding to oral and written inquiries from customers, providers, and internal departments
Preparation of correspondence, offers, tenders, evaluations, and presentations
Management of mandate administration, control and processing of provider billing, and preparation of customer invoices
Handling daily administrative tasks
Participation in internal working groups and projects

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training (banking or insurance advantageous)
Passed intermediary exam (VBV) or certified financial advisor IAF
At least two years of experience in BVG and collective insurance
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious working style
Flexible and team-oriented personality
English skills are an advantage
