Overall Management of School-Complementary Care (80 – 100 %)

Your Team

The leadership team is an experienced, well-coordinated, and reflective group of employees who know and appreciate leadership. You will encounter a motivated environment ready to think ahead together and embrace new impulses.

Your Tasks

You will take overall responsibility for our seven care units and thus lead a large and committed team. Your tasks include in particular: 

• Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the care units
• Further development of concepts, quality standards, and operational structures
• Close collaboration with the primary school department, school management, and education leadership
• Responsibility for budget, resource planning, and business management
• Promotion of a respectful team culture and targeted personnel development

Your Profile

You are an interested, responsible, and communicative personality with joy in shaping and leading. You have training as a social pedagogue HF with additional training in institutional leadership. Ideally, you bring the following:

• Several years of leadership experience in a social or educational environment
• High social competence, resilience, and systemic thinking
• Understanding of business management contexts
• Interest in contemporary care and educational structures
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, open environment
