We are specialists in busbars and other electrical connections as well as shielding housings and heat sinks. As a partner of the (automotive) industry, iwis e-tec manufactures fundamental components for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and other industrial applications.
iwis e-tec brings manufacturing know-how into the development process and is pioneering in linking manufacturing steps.
These are your tasks:
- Implementation and monitoring of QM requirements (e.g. FMEA, sampling, complaints, Run & Rate)
- Coordination of customer and supplier complaints including tracking of measures and effectiveness checks
- Support of new tool construction in quality-relevant topics up to series release
- Coordination with customers and suppliers on quality issues and changes
- Use of internal systems (mail, calendar, document control systems to retrieve valid documents and to complete training requests) and compliance with valid instructions
- Observance of safety and environmental requirements
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as an engineer or technician in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or comparable
- Experience in employee leadership as well as knowledge in stamping/bending technology is an advantage
- Further training in quality management (e.g. QB/QMB, complaint and method management)
- Confident handling of automotive standards (ISO 9901, IATF 16949, VDA) and customer requirements (CRS)
- Sound knowledge of quality methods (APQP, PPAP/PPF, FMEA, PL, SPC, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W)
- Experience with SAP, CAQ-Babtec and customer portals
- Good English skills as well as confident reading of drawings (including GPS)
- Personally, you are characterized by reliability, structured work, loyalty, and teamwork
