For our location in the Solothurn/Bern region, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, committed individual who takes responsibility, professionally manages construction projects, and enjoys competently advising both internal and external stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- You take over team leadership in construction management and actively shape the further development of your area
- You acquire new projects, carry budget responsibility, and manage small to medium renovation and refurbishment projects from the offer to completion (SIA phases)
- You manage construction trust mandates and are responsible for their technical and organizational handling
- You support internal property management with your solid construction technical know-how
- You professionally advise clients and represent their interests in all project phases
- You create building condition analyses and coordinate offer requests with specialist planners and contractors
- You prepare tender documents, award applications, construction programs, and acceptance protocols
- You lead site management and take over construction supervision directly on site
- You are responsible for quality assurance as well as cost control and prepare transparent construction accounts
- You develop safety and escape route concepts
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a basic construction technical education as well as further training as a construction manager or client representative
- You have several years of experience in construction projects of medium to medium-large size (0.5–10 million construction costs)
- You bring routine in independently managing renovation and refurbishment projects
- You are familiar with managing construction trust mandates and feel confident in this responsibility
- You have solid construction technical consulting skills and experience in dealing with clients
- You are proficient in preparing technical analyses and obtaining offers from various specialist disciplines
- You have experience with tender documents, awarding processes, scheduling, and acceptance procedures
- You bring practical experience in construction supervision and site management
- You are skilled in cost control, billing, and quality assurance
- Ideally, you have already led a team – if you are strong technically, an entry as a specialist is also possible; team leadership will then be arranged accordingly
