HR Business Unit Manager 80 - 100% (m/f), On-site
As an HR Manager and HR Board member, you are responsible together with your dedicated team for all HR activities of the Business Unit Ebauches (with around 1,200 employees) and implement HR initiatives in a way that they measurably contribute to the company's success. Your role includes the following responsibilities:
- Personnel and professional leadership of 5 HRBPs at 4 locations
- Implementation and further development of personnel policy at a strategic level
- Sparring partner for the management of the Business Unit Ebauches
- Support and guidance of the top management in change management, conflict management, and organizational development as well as in the entire operational HR lifecycle and recruitment
- Management of HR projects
- Case management and support of complex personnel issues
- Several years of leadership experience in HR (Senior HRBP or HR Manager)
- Further education in HRM (HR Manager, Bachelor in Business Administration or similar)
- Proven experience in change management and coaching
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and networked thinking
- Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss with superiors on equal footing and challenge them constructively
- Digital affinity and openness to new technologies
- Customer- and service-oriented actions
- High flexibility, resilience, and solution orientation
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
