- Managing insurance brokers to achieve sales targets in the assigned region
- Promoting collaboration with AXA's broker channel
- Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations in the broker channel and in collective business
- Acquiring collective customers and framework business customers
- Participating in cross-departmental projects of AXA-ARAG
- Providing professional support to brokers in customer care
- Implementing customer retention measures
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Several years of successful sales experience in the non-life sector, as well as knowledge of the broker business
- Enjoyment of front-line work, while being willing to perform internal service tasks
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a winning demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-motivation to make and want to change things, as well as proactive and independent action
- Experience in the legal protection area is an advantage, as well as VBV certification is desired
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written), French and Italian language skills are an advantage
- Confident and winning appearance
- Good IT user skills
