Job Description

• Provide nursing care to patients in multidisciplinary surgery while respecting professional standards and the rules in force within the institution
• Collaborate in organizing daily work and ensuring the smooth running of service activities
• Participate in working groups for the development of care projects as well as the integration of new collaborators
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
• Maintain and develop your skills
• Take into account feedback regarding your performance
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes in which you are involved

Qualifications

• Holder of a HES, ES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in acute care is welcome
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Versatility and organizational skills
• Good stress management
• Autonomy, flexibility, and commitment
• Excellent presentation
