Your area of responsibility
- Managing service activities in the Central region (Lucerne/Zug) to achieve sales and productivity targets and expand market share
- Providing outstanding service to improve customer satisfaction (Service Excellence)
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key customers and further developing them
- Ensuring efficient planning and execution of projects (deadlines, costs, quality)
- Understanding customer needs and developing solutions to meet these expectations
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of directly subordinate employees
- Promoting a collaborative and performance-oriented culture

What you bring
- Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education
- Several years of experience in sales of products and services, experience in service business (field service)
- Market and industry knowledge in the construction-related trades
- Leadership experience
- Fluent in German for negotiations
- Conceptual thinking in processes (end-to-end)
- Proactive action (pragmatic "hands-on" and "can-do" mentality) and taking responsibility for results
- Customer and solution orientation
