Employee Equipment (m/f/d)
As a production employee, you process the production orders assigned by management and achieve the specified key figures for quality, scrap, quantity, production time, and occupational safety.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Operating a machine in industrial manufacturing, including setup and monitoring tasks as well as adjustment work. Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
- Recording department-relevant key figures and production data
- General administrative and documentation tasks
- Participating in ongoing process improvements
- Ensuring the required tools and raw materials
- Assisting with cleaning tasks on and around the production equipment
- Assisting with other reasonable tasks in the operations area as needed
You bring the following:
- Completed apprenticeship, e.g., as a machine operator, plastics technologist, polymechanic, automotive mechanic, or similar. Alternatively, extensive experience with process engineering plants/machines is also suitable
- Professional experience in an industrial environment with shift work
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good computer skills
- High technical understanding
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
- Quality awareness, resilience, reliability
- You have a clean criminal record
