Personnel Consultant for Rehabilitation Management

The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as a competence center for human resources of the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden and helps make the canton an attractive and modern employer. With our comprehensive rehabilitation management, we support employees of the canton of Graubünden who are ill or injured and find themselves in difficult medical, professional, and social situations. We focus on recovery and return to everyday work and private life.
Would you like to use your organizational and communication skills in an interdisciplinary context to provide advice, support, and assistance to employees and managers? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for! Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking to expand our team with a personnel consultant for rehabilitation management.
Tasks
- Assisting people with health problems within the framework of case management
- Implementing individual measures
- Organizing and conducting situation analyses with various stakeholders
- Coordinating contacts between medical service providers, private and social insurers, and other institutions
- Ensuring optimal professional and social reintegration of the person concerned
- Co-organizing and participating in various specific events on the topic
What we expect from you
- Completed professional training as a case manager / specialist in social insurance with a federal professional certificate and/or similar professional training in human resources, health, and insurance sectors.
- High social skills and empathy towards people in difficult life situations, reliability
- Flexibility, high ability to cope with stress, and ability to make decisions even in difficult situations
- Precise and structured working method and strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in business travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Affinity for digital technologies and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
