In the Panorama kitchen, among other things, bread, jams, soups, sauces, ice cream, and pasta are produced in-house. In the confectionery, the in-house Xocolate products are made with the greatest care.
To cover the maternity leave of our colleague in the pastry and bakery team, we are immediately or by arrangement, limited until early summer 2026 looking for a Pastry Chef / Confectioner 40-60%.

Your versatile tasks
Production of various confectionery products and dessert components of very high quality
Creative processing of high-quality products and production of our homemade ice cream
Production of our in-house "Xocolate" products
Participation in offer planning and implementation of your own ideas
Close cooperation with our kitchen team and cross-departmental support
Checking goods upon daily delivery
Monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines
Your profile
Completed EFZ training with specialization in pastry-confectionery or bakery-pastry
First professional experience in upscale gastronomy/pastry
Enthusiasm for the job and joy in working with fresh and high-quality products
Clean and independent working style, as well as a neat appearance and good manners
Cheerful, professional, and guest- and service-oriented demeanor
High quality and sense of responsibility
