The StartWeek is part of the Vice-Rectorate for Studies & Teaching. The nine-member team consists of permanent employees and students of the HSG. In this constellation, the team works together over several years, thus ensuring experience and knowledge about the major project as well as the StartWeek course.

- Reliable, structured, efficient, and independent working style
- Confident and competent appearance
- Exceptionally high teamwork skills and resilience
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Very good written and spoken expression in German
- Student at the University of St.Gallen (at least in the 3rd semester)
