Your Tasks
Taking care of people with dementia is a rewarding challenge for you. As a specialist, you design and coordinate everyday life in your area of expertise and take responsibility for holistic, individual care and support of our residents.
Interdisciplinary collaboration is as natural to you as carrying out nursing measures, which you implement with high professional competence and empathy. You recognize changes in the condition of the residents early and initiate the necessary steps to provide support.
You actively involve relatives and trusted persons in the care process and maintain a professional and empathetic approach. Depending on your skills and interests, you also have the opportunity to take on additional areas of responsibility.

Your Profile
- Training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home nurse, etc.)
